IT Support Analyst
In this role you will be the first point of contact for all IT problems, queries and requests and will take ownership, following them through to resolution and keeping in contact with the user. You will support of the Head of IT in improving the IT systems, and in training and supporting users from across the Cathedral to use IT as required to perform their duties.
We would like to hear from you if:
You have experience of supporting organisation specific information systems.
You have good knowledge of standard desktop applications, and common user problems.
You have experience of providing onsite helpdesk support.
You have excellent communication and customer service skills.
You have previous experience of leading user training.
