We are looking to recruit a number of weekend Visitor Experience Assistants - busy ‘front of house’ positions, where you will be welcoming visitors from across the world to the Cathedral. You will make their visit one to remember by ensuring a seamless experience, from the initial welcome at the Cathedral’s entrances, to ticket selling, and providing information and guidance throughout their visit - whether on the Crypt or the indoor and outdoor galleries.

This is a busy and varied operational role, where you will be working throughout the Cathedral, including the indoor and outdoor Dome galleries.

Please note that the Cathedral is open 365 days per year, therefore, the Visitor Experience rota includes working at Christmas and Easter.
