The special annual service for Seafarers which was first held in 1905. Now, 119 years later, the service and congregation continue to reflect the full range of the maritime activities of the nation and it reminds us of their importance.

Representatives come from the Royal and Merchant Navies, the commercial world, shipping companies, mission and philanthropic societies, schools and museums, veterans’ associations, labour unions, youth and leisure organisations, but everyone is welcome to attend.
