This simple spoken service only occurs on days when there is no choir in the Cathedral, such as during school holidays.  To mark the Christmas season this service includes carols for the congregation to sing.

The service will last around 30 minutes.

What can I expect?

During the service the congregation joins in saying the words of the service, which includes a psalm. There are some readings from the Bible, and prayers are said for the Church, the World and ourselves. There will be carols at this service for the congregation.
