The 368th Clergy Support Trust Festival takes place on Tuesday 9 May 2023 at 5pm at the majestic St Paul’s Cathedral. The oldest choral festival in the world brings together three outstanding cathedral choirs from St Paul's, Leicester and Llandaff in this unique free event.
The music promises to be exceptional, building upon its legacy of anthems commissioned from celebrated English composers such as Parry and Elgar.
The preacher this year is the Bishop of Gloucester, The Rt Revd Rachel Treweek, who made history when she became the first female diocesan Bishop in England and the first female Bishop in the House of Lords.
The colourful and moving historic service, which first took place in 1655, highlights the work of Clergy Support Trust, the largest charity dedicated to helping clergy and their families.
