We are looking to recruit 2 Senior HR Advisors; who are passionate about supporting our staff as they care for this historic landmark, provide Christian worship and welcome visitors from across the world.

As a key part of a small HR team, you will work in partnership with managers to understand the operation of their areas and to provide operational HR interventions and people plans to deliver the Cathedral’s mission, strategies, values and business plans.  You will lead on all aspects of HR responsibility within your assigned business areas, including recruitment, employee management, development and training.  You will also support the Head of HR to review policies and deliver projects.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

• extensive experience of working in a fast-paced HR environment;
• excellent relationship-building skills; and  
• up-to-date knowledge and experience of UK employment law and advising on HR policies and procedures.
